Cips: easy to use so great for ks1 and beyond. I like using for scientist in role or famous figures in science work. 

Showbie: A school subscription is needed to get the most of this app but it can truly transform your learning environment. 

BookCreator: Easy to pick up and children can easily create ebooks to share.

Skitch: Annoate photographs to explain observations.
